Bradbury Hall

Meeting hall seats up to 500 people

 Whether it’s for a wedding reception, family or class reunion, or organization picnic while touring the farm grounds, our heated and air-conditioned Bradbury Hall can seat approximately 350 people at banquet tables or 500 people auditorium style. The building is handicap accessible and features a public address system, a full kitchen with serving counters, a stage and dressing rooms.

Auditorium Style

Bradbury Hall will seat up to 500 people auditorium style.

Banquet seating

Bradbury Hall will seat up to 350 people at banquet tables.

Serving Area

The kitchen offers plenty of serving counters overlooking the main hall, making it easy to set up for a buffet or wait staff.

Inside the kitchen

The large kitchen has abundant workspace for servers and cooks.

 

Bradbury Hall Usage Guidelines

  1. Kitchen facilities may be used with any item needed, such as coffee makers, pitchers, trays and utensils. Also includes use of roasters.

  2. All equipment used must be cleaned and put away.

  3. Decorations may NOT be fastened to wall or furniture by means of tacks or any other method that will disfigure same. You are responsible for any damage on building or equipment resulting from abuse.

  4. NO alcohol or tobacco products will be allowed in the buildings or on the grounds of the Nelson Pioneer Farm.

  5. A donation of $100.00, to be used as a down payment, must be made at time of reservation. The balance due must be made 30 days prior to reserved date. Money is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to reserved date.

  6. Usage runs on a day-to-day basis from 8 a.m. to 8 a.m. Anything other than that will be charged another day. Usage for decorating the day before will be a courtesy, if the Hall is available.
